Butcher day !!!

My birds are DONE!!!!! Yea!!!! It was a lot of fun! We started at 2:00 and got done at I think 5:00 that is FAST compared to some others times we had. But we also had seven other people helping and two scolder. Saturday we did 160 in about 5 hours and yesterday we did 113 in 3 hours!! That is awesome!

Normally we would just do 4 butcher days but this year we did 6!! I'm glad were done.. :-)

Scold the chickens to loosen up the feathers....

Pluck the feathers off...

Gut them... and then I rinse it and take it to the moms....

Then the moms bag them... and they go in the freezer for us to eat!! :-) Thanks everyone for the help!!!
