Wonderful suprise today!

Walking out to the barn and seeing the rabbit cage with fur all over I knew something was up.... I put a box in there and came back out and found BUNNIES!!!!!! I was so excited... we thought she was pregnant but then mother happened and now something does!! There is only 1 so we think it wasn't getting the proper nourishment. Oh, well it was to see! :-)

1 c. floour
1 stick butter, softed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip, be sure to get the 16 oz. one you wouldn't need JUST one cup
1 c. powered sugar
2 pkgs. Jello lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk

Note: If your not a lemon fan... try buying different flavored puddings... we have tried chocolate and it was pretty good but we thought lemon was better. Experiment!
Step #1- Crust: Mix. flour, butter nad nuts and put into 13x9x2 inch. pan. Bake until brown at 350*. ( I just check is every 12 min... you can test by sticking a fork in the middle and it should be crumbly.)

Step #2- Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powered sugar. Spread over cooled crust.

Step #3- Mix Jello instant pudding with 3 cups cold milk. Mix 2-3 minutes. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip (rest of container). Refrigerate.

It's really yummy and one of our family favorites! :-D

Ok, well short post tonight but at least I'm post'in! :-) Blog you later!

I didn't know you had rabbits! We only had 2 bunnies but 1 died. We think it was the first litter she's had so there isn't a lot. But we do have 1 bunny left and it's looking pretty heatlthy! :-)

We caught the white one when it was in the barn and we scared it into the cage.... easy! :-D Ha ha

And the black one was caught buy a live trap that we borowed, and set by the cage of the white rabbit!
:-)

WOW! What do you do with all the bunnies?
